Terms and Conditions

A 20% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required when your order is placed.

The balance of your order is required two weeks prior to dispatch. A reminder will be sent of the outstanding balance, including a charge for Postage & Packaging.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.

All our stationery is handcrafted and slight variations will occur between each item, which is normal in stationery of this type. You will need to allow 6-8 weeks for your stationery to be made, at our busy times this could increase to 12 weeks. Please make sure you place your stationery order as soon as possible. It is possible to make some orders quicker than this if your wedding is just around the corner please telephone to see if we can accommodate your order.

It is the client's responsibility to check all proofs sent to you prior to printing. Any changes thereafter will only be rectified at the discretion of The Lilac Tree. Replacement printing charges will be applied.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day) and a signature will be required. Once dispatched, The Lilac Tree does not accept responsibility for loss or damage caused in transit. You will be notified either via e-mail or telephone when your order has been dispatched and we will provide you with the tracking code for your goods.

Refunds or replacements will only be granted if your goods are found to be faulty. You must notify 'The Lilac Tree' within seven days of receipt if your goods are faulty.

All designs remain the copyright of 'The Lilac Tree' and any infringement will be vigorously pursued.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Although once an order has been placed that guarantees the current price.

Discount vouchers or media codes must be presented at the time of placing your order. Discount vouchers will not be applied after your order has been placed.

We regret we cannot accept payment via credit card at present.
